Our Monthly membership fee is $159 billed monthly on a credit card of your choosing.

The best part is you are able to bank at Vitalize! ye if you don't use your benefits for a month bank it to use towards any other treatment.

This is a recurring monthly membership and will be charged to your credit card automatically. Six months minimum. Forfeit the cost of one month if you cancel early. It will not stop after 6 months but will continue to run until YOU cancel it. Cancel at anytime after 6 months with a 30 day written notice to info@vitalizewellnessnc.com or text 919-739-2668. NO REFUNDS. Purchased services are not shareable. Monthly account credit rolls over, but will expire in 1 year.

*Membership fees may be used toward other Aesthetic services only. Membership program requires a 6-month minimum commitment and a 30-day written notice to cancel. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other Vitalize promotions and banked memberships cannot be used toward weight loss program.

Cancellation Policy and Rules

If you don't reschedule your appointment with 24hrs notice your monthly service will be forfeited. No exceptions!

If you don't show/call to your booked appointment you lose your the schedule treatment for the month.

If you cancel your membership before the 3 months commitment period you will be charge a $100 cancellation fee.

Start at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU):

Begin by exiting the airport from the terminal area.
Follow signs for Airport Blvd. (this is the main road that leads out of the airport).

2. Take Airport Blvd (NC-540) East:

Continue driving on Airport Blvd. and follow the signs for I-40 East.

3. Merge onto I-40 East:

Stay in the left lanes to merge onto I-40 East toward Raleigh.
Follow I-40 East for about 7 miles.

4. Take Exit 287 for NC-54 West/Cary:

Stay on I-40 East and take exit 287 for NC-54 West toward Cary.
Follow the ramp, then turn left onto NC-54 W (Chapel Hill Road).

5. Continue on NC-54 West:

Continue on NC-54 W (Chapel Hill Road) for about 2.5 miles.
You will pass several intersections and shopping areas along the way.

6. Turn right onto Executive Circle:

After passing the intersection with Kildaire Farm Road, look for the next traffic light and turn right onto Executive Circle.

7. Arrive at 1143 Executive Circle:

Your destination will be on the right side at 1143 Executive Circle, Suite E.
Look for the office building, which should be clearly labeled.
