Vitalize Wellness Refund Policy

At Vitalize Wellness, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that circumstances may arise, but we want to make it clear that certain transactions are non-refundable. Please carefully review the following non-refund policy.

Non-Refundable Products and Services:

  • All digital or downloadable such as Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable.

Services:

  • Any services provided by Vitalize Wellness, including consultations, coaching sessions, or personalized plans, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
  • Neuromodulators, fillers, PCDC, and Biostimulators are NON-Refundable. 

Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer refunds for products or services due to a change of mind or personal preferences.

Cancellation Fees:

  • For subscription-based services, cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions associated with the service for details.

Packages:

  • Any packages purchased are non-refundable but the unused balance if any can be used towards other services in the office.

Product Sales

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are eligible for products purchased directly from Vitalize Wellness.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, packaging, and tags intact.
  • There is a 5% restocking Fee

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our office at info@vitalizewellnessnc.com or call 919-922-8311 with your order and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Force Majeure:

  • Vitalize Wellness is not responsible for refunding products or services that are delayed, hindered, or prevented by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen emergencies.
